Children and Youth

At St John’s Anglican Church, Asquith we are blessed by a faithful children’s and youth ministry, led by a team of passionate leaders. Our primary aim is to create a safe and welcoming environment for young people to grow in their faith and trust of Jesus Christ.

As safety is a priority, all leaders and helpers have completed Safe Ministry Training and have an authorised Working With Children Check.

Children’s Ministry

Kids@10

Kids@10 runs every week during our 10am service for children from 18 months to Year 5. The kids start in the service with their family and then go out for a fun and engaging program. This includes Bible teaching, games, craft and singing, all aimed at learning about God through his word.

Playtime

Held each Monday during school terms from 10-11.30am, Playtime is perfect for babies, toddlers, preschoolers and their carers. Every week an exciting program is prepared with free play, morning tea, craft, singing and stories.
