St John’s Asquith runs ‘Speaking English’, also known as ESL classes, every Tuesday from 10am - 12pm during school terms.

Whether you’re new to the Asquith area and you’re looking for a community, or just looking for a way to strengthen your English, everyone is welcome from beginners to advanced students.

Our aim is to provide a friendly and supportive environment that encourages students to use and improve their English. Classes will use a variety of resources, including the text of the Bible, and morning-tea is provided.

• Cost is only $3 each week

• Parking available in the church grounds
